Ordering guide:

  • Choose a model from our catalog
  • Send us an E-mail at: 3dkristal@gmail.com with text, logos and a description of how you want the text to be arranged
  • You will receive a return email from us as soon as possible (within the day or the next day), with a proposal for preparation and a visual representation of how your plaque will look when it is engraved.
  • After your approval, we send you a preliminary invoice and engrave the plaques
  • We deliver them to your address, unless we agree otherwise

The whole process can take 2 to 5 working days, although in urgent cases we can do everything in 1-2 days.
